Worked as a sub-contractor to Pacific Ethnography, conducting ethnographic research for a Fortune 500 client. We conducted in-depth interviews at homes, and intercepts in major retailers, exploring a crowded apparel universe and learning about the pain points associated with such things as laundry day, gendered division of labor, sexuality, and mobility issues.
